Hoag Orthopedic Institute is the Only Hospital in Southern California to Earn ‘5-Star Rating’ for Patient Experience from CMS

Hoag Orthopedic Institute (HOI), which performs the most hip and knee joint replacement surgeries in California, is the only hospital in Southern California to receive a five-star rating for patient experience from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) after a nationwide assessment through its recent Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) star ratings.
