About Dr. Connie J. Oh

Connie Oh, MD, is a board-certified primary care sports medicine physician who cares for athletes and active individuals of all ages with non-surgical orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. Her clinical interests include metabolic bone health and osteoporosis, as well as musculoskeletal ultrasound and minimally invasive procedures such as ultrasound-guided joint injections (knee, hip, ankle, foot, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand) and orthobiologic treatments including hyaluronic acid and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Dr. Oh’s goal is to help people of all activity levels stay healthy and continue doing the activities they love.

Dr. Oh completed her Sports Medicine fellowship at UCLA after her Internal Medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and her undergraduate degree from UC San Diego. She is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Physicians.

During her time in Los Angeles, she has served as a team physician for UCLA athletics (Women’s Water Polo, Tennis, Golf, Football, Softball), and an assistant team physician for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Lakers, Sparks, Chargers, and Red Bull Athletics. She has also been part of the medical staff for the NFL Combine, Los Angeles Marathon, Oceanside Half Iron Man, and Judo Nationals Competition. While she enjoyed her time in Los Angeles, she is delighted to now serve her home community in Orange County.

Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Oh leads an active lifestyle, enjoying a variety of sports including volleyball, pickleball, skiing, running, and Pilates. Her lifelong passion for sports keeps her physically engaged and provides valuable insight into the athletic mindset and long-term health.
