The cornerstone of his patient care is having good rapport with his patients and creating a comfortable environment. Dr. Carpio-Bracho strongly believes that his patients should be a part of the process and his role is to serve as their advocate in all areas of their health and well-being.

An avid sports fan, his choice to pursue a fellowship in Sports Medicine was driven by his interest. He has always enjoyed sports, both as a player and spectator, and fondly recalls his youth where sports had a profound and positive impact on him. Dr. Carpio-Bracho views sports as an excellent way to create friendships, grow confidence, and build overall skills. As a sports medicine physician, his advice to his athletes is quite simple, “Play smart, play safely, treat injuries, and make it fulfilling for you.”

Dr. Carpio-Bracho attended medical school at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico and completed his sports medicine fellowship at Presence Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
