HOI Receives Two Press Ganey Guardian Human Experience Awards

Hoag Orthopedic Institute (HOI), one of the largest providers of orthopedic and spine care in the nation, is pleased to announce it has received two Press Ganey Patient Experience awards for 2023, including the Guardian of Excellence® for Patient Experience for the eighth consecutive year and the Pinnacle of Excellence® for Patient Experience in HCAHPS for maintaining consistently high levels of excellence over multiple years. HOI has consistently performed in the top 5% of all Press Ganey clients for the past 7 years for likelihood to recommend and overall hospital rating.

The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is a nationally recognized symbol of achievement in health care. Presented annually, the award honors clients who consistently sustained performance in the top 5% of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during one year.
